Yohji Yamamoto S/S 2013

Spring is on it’s way. Yohji Yamamoto shows us once again that it’s perfectly okay to say fuck the rules. The show starts off gloomy. Granted there are white looks, but they’re perfectly tattered and over shadowed by the bright red and heavy use of black. It’s sad, tough, and feminine at the same time. How depressingly relatable, no? Strappy and asymmetrical is a common theme for this spring and summer look. I wonder how F21 is going to rip this off will be inspired by this? I’ll definitely make an update post if I see anything from them.

Here are my favorites:

The music selection includes songs sung by Jane Birken, a talented french woman whom I was very familiar with about a year ago. I definitely recommend listening to an album of hers.

This is a bit of a short post, and I apologize, but I have a hair appointment to cut and bleach the center of my head. See you later.
